GENERAL TERMS
➢An 18% GST will be applicable on top of the pricing. All prices mentioned on the website and in the materials are without GST.
➢ Pricing of Jaldee Health Essential, Jaldee Health Advanced and the Add-ons may be subject to change at any time, due to external market conditions and company policies. After the product is sold, then this pricing will be subject to change at any time.
➢ Add-ons can be sold for a shorter duration. Ex. 6 months after purchasing Jaldee Health Advanced, if you want to add one more user, you can sell for the monthly rate (ex. Rs. 1500 per user per year so monthly that is Rs. 150 per month per user). For 6 months 150*6 = 900
ADD-ONS TERMS & CONDITION
1. All plan upgrades from Essential to Advanced are priced at Rs. 5000. If you choose to upgrade before your license renewal date, you have the option to pay a prorated amount based on the remaining months of your current license. The monthly upgrade rate is Rs. 500. For instance, if you have 5 months left on your license, you can upgrade by paying Rs. 500 * 5 = Rs. 2500.
2. For Branded Websites, the total cost is composed of an upfront fee and the domain name charge. The domain name cost varies based on the selected name. The yearly renewal cost is due each year after the first year. Modifications are allowed up to 10 times per year.
3. For Premium mobile apps, an additional fee is required if uploading your branded mobile app to the Apple App Store. The cost of creating an Apple Developer Account must be paid by the customer in addition to the base price. As of June 2024, this costs $99 per year
4. For the Jaldee Health Essential Plan, additional users cannot be purchased. This option is available only with the Jaldee Health Advanced Plan. We offer three user types: admin, doctor, and assistant. All user types are available at the same cost. Once Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is implemented, custom user types can be created, expanding beyond these three types and their respective capabilities.
5. Utility WhatsApp Credits are for alerts, reminders and feedback request messages to customers & Marketing WhatsApp Credits are for sending promotional messages to customers.
6. Each video credit allows for one minute of Jaldee Video conversation, applicable only for 1-1 video consultations. If you require the video to be recorded, additional charges will apply.
